  • After 48 hours and within 60 days of arrival: no refund unless dates are re-rented. If re-rented, refund minus $300 cancellation fee.

  • Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. Closures may occur by HOA, Health Department, or after a storm. No refunds will be issued for pool closures.
  • Private community boardwalk to the beach.
  • Poolside bathhouses available.
  • Linens: Beds will be made with clean sheets; bath towels provided on beds; bathmats provided in each bathroom; kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. Guests must make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.
